Care and support, built around you.
You don’t need a diagnosis to ask for support. You don’t need to wait until things become difficult. And you don’t need to know exactly what kind of care you need before getting in touch.
Sometimes support starts with companionship, getting out and about, help around the home or having someone there for reassurance. Sometimes people need support with personal care, daily routines or staying independent at home. And sometimes life is more complex and the right support requires specialist knowledge, experience and a team willing to really understand the person.
We provide flexible, person-centred care and support for adults across Burton, Swadlincote, Ashby and surrounding areas. We support older adults, autistic people, people with learning disabilities, people with acquired brain injuries (ABI). – including those with complex needs – and people whose circumstances simply mean they would benefit from some extra support.
A diagnosis is never a requirement for us to listen, understand what matters to you and explore how we might help.
Whatever the starting point, our aim is the same: to provide support that feels safe, personal and right for the individual. Our support is designed around the individual and can develop with them.
Support that can change as life changes, People's needs don't stay neatly in one box.
Someone who initially wants companionship may need more support later. A person returning home after an acquired brain injury may be working towards greater independence. An autistic person or somebody with a learning disability may need support that changes alongside their goals, environment or stage of life. An older person may simply want a little help to remain independent at home.
