Learning Disabilities Support

At Larkspur Care, we provide person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities, helping each person live a life that is as independent, fulfilling and meaningful as possible. We take time to understand the individual—their strengths, needs, preferences, routines and aspirations—rather than focusing on their disability.

Our support is built around choice, dignity and independence, whether that means developing everyday living skills, accessing education or employment, building relationships, taking part in the community, managing a home, or receiving support with personal care. We believe consistency and trusted relationships matter, so we aim to provide reliable support from people who genuinely know and understand the person.

Guided by our values of Integrity, Compassion and Choice, we work alongside each individual, their families and other professionals to provide support that adapts as their needs and goals change, always asking: “Does this improve the life of the person we support?”
